The Special Liberty Project fosters and maintains a supportive community focused on nurturing families of our nation’s fallen military heroes (Gold Star Families), healing Veterans and supporting suicide widows by connecting with nature. Special Liberty’s nature centric programs provide outdoor, educational experiences, spark true camaraderie and encourage strength, both emotionally and physically. Franklin is home to the SLP headquarters, along with their healing farm and retreat center.
