Life coaching is about helping small business owners and individuals seek and find better perspectives on how to improve their lives and run their businesses.  With the help of a coach, individuals are able to better navigate and achieve their goals.  I do this by coming up with a plan to help clients so that they are less stressed and get the highest forms of productivity from themselves, business, family and life.
